We have a free call out to identify problems in our covered area.

In case the work will not be carried out by our contractors following our free visit, a call out charge will apply for diagnostics and reports.

Please note that quotes are valid for 10 days after visit.

       Handyman

call out starts from £65 (up to 30 min labor). Includes one of the following:

• Applying mastic and sealants

• Assembly of flat-pack furniture

• Small items removal/delivery

• Small gardening

• Mould treatment (per visit)

• Patch up painting and decorating

• Small carpenter works

• Changing handles and lock

• Pest proofing

• Hanging mirrors, pictures or paintings

• TV mounting and shelf fitting

• Draught proofing

• Blinds fitting

• Toilet seat / shower rubber seal replacement

       Landlord Certificates:

•  EICR certificates  

• PAT tests
